Reservation Flowchart:

①submit your information (include name, passport name in English, numbers of guests and luggages, flight number and date, destination address, your address in your country(it is necessary because we will charge by credit card), phone number or SNS ID, email address), please reserve at least three days ago; ②we will reply your email after confirm the availability of bus and send a  charging email to you if there has empty bus; if there is no we will notice you, generally the email will be replied in 8 hours; ③when you input your credit card information (the system is issued by the biggest Mitsubishi Bank so it is very safe)and the charge is completed, we will send your bus and driver’s information and contact information as well as the address of meeting place based on your address in main Tokyo;  ④bring your luggages to meet our meet up staff or driver.

Cancel Policy:

 Cancel by 7 days ago, 50% cancel fee will be charged, the 50% refund will be enforced in 7 days ;

Cancel during 7 days before your reservation date, 100% cancel fee will be charged, there is no refund.  

If there is no show, we will charge 100% transportation fee, there is no refund.

About Time and spot Change of pick up and drop off:

Generally we can’t accept time and meet spot change. For the special case like the flight delay (only for airport pick up service) , please contact us in the first time when you know it, in this case,  our drive will confirm the schedule of fight and will wait you freely.  If you want to change time and meet spot in drop off service, every time we will charge 15000JPY. Any time and meet spot change within 12 hours of departure will not be accepted. 

Time delay:

If you can’t meet up with the driver over 30 minutes beyond the reservation time except the special case like flight delay and you contact us in advance, the bus will not wait for you and there is no refund.
